The Australasian Society for the Study of Animal Behaviour 2014 student grants – Applications now open

assabASSAB’s popular student grants are now open (Applications close: October 17, 2014).

The Australasian Society for the Study of Animal Behaviour is committed to supporting behavioural research within the Australasian region.

The ASSAB student research grants aim to support stimulating and innovative graduate research by offering to cover field or other research-related expenses.

Successful applicants will be awarded:

  • up to $1000 (AUD)
  • Best grant: Full registration fee for presenting a poster at the Behaviour 2015, Cairns
  • Runner up awards: Partial registration fee support for presenting a poster at the Behaviour 2015, Cairns

Applicants must be an ASSAB member at the time of submitting your application. Details on how to become a member are on the Society’s website. Student membership is at an affordable 25$ per year.
